Shopping List

So I ended up buying:

  • Frozen Chicken
  • Frylight
  • Lean Bacon
  • Passata
  • Garlic Cloves
  • Apples
  • Peas
  • Broccoli
  • Cauliflower
  • Green Beans
  • Vegetable Stock
  • Eggs
  • Yoghurt (I ordered low fat which is free from syns, but they substituted it for full fat -.- so none for me.)
  • Diet lemonade
  • Lemons

I’ve probably forgotten a few bits but I’ll edit later if I remember anything else 🙂

This doesn’t seem like a lot but it will make a lot of meals. I’ve already had chicken fried rice which was no syns, and for breakfast I had an apple. I’ve been drinking lemon water all day, and already feel better for it. Usually I’d of had like 5 cups of tea with a bucket load of sugars in by now before, but nope new me 🙂

On the menu tomorrow is fruit again for breakfast, then the leftover chicken fried rice, with syn free chips, then for tea will be pasta carbonara 🙂
