Weight Loss

As we entered the final weeks of 2017, I decided I needed to change. I am sick of looking the way I do. I found some photos from when I was younger and that gave me an extra boost I needed to get on with it and lose weight.

I will be loosely following slimming world plan from when I used to go, as well as using Charlotte Crosby’s Belly Blitz DVD, and Lose Weight in 30 Days app from the playstore. Along side this I will start jogging. Weigh in day will be Thursdays at 5:30pm because that’s when my best friend gets weighed at Slimming World, and we’re working together to lose weight.

Start weight: 285lbs
Current weight: 281lbs (updated 08/01/2018)
Goal weight: 150lbs
